The beautiful Loretta Young started as a child actor in bit parts and eventually graduated to leading lady status. Some of her most memorable performances came in her later films: 1946's The Stranger, 1947's The Farmer's Daughter (for which she won a Best Actress Oscar) and The Bishop's Wife, and 1949's Come to the Stable. She eventually jumped to television and starred in her own show and won three Emmy's for her work.

One of the great swashbuckling romantic heroes, Tyrone Power was one of the most popular actors in Hollywood in the 1930's and 1940's. His films include 1938's In Old Chicago, 1940's The Mark of Zorro, 1946's The Razor's Edge, and 1957's Witness for the Prosecution.
